On Monday, September 16, 2024 the RISD school board recognized the following students and staff members.
PK - Madden Kilgore
Madden has had perfect attendance these first 4 weeks of school. He is well mannered, very respectful, and super kind to his teachers and his classmates. He is happy to be at school everyday and loves to learn new things!
3rd - Emiliano Hernandez
Emiliano is always listening and working hard. He soaks up the information given and seems to always be paying attention and staying on task! He is kind to his peers as well. We are super proud of him!
Staff - Chris Gaddis
Ms. Gaddis is always lending a helping hand and steps up to any role or job assigned to her with a positive attitude. We can always count on her. She is a great example of being a team player.
Teacher - Cynthia Venegas
Mrs. Venegas does an excellent job establishing her classroom routines and schedules. She goes above and beyond each day with not only her students, but works diligently with the PTO as well as organizing and assisting with many of Rankin's youth sports. It is very clear to see her love for not just the school, but the community.
