Pep Rally Today!!!
Gossett Elementary Pep Rally Dismissal:
Rankin High School will be hosting the first pep rally of the season in the high school gym today.
All PK-5 students will be dismissed from the gym when the pep rally is over.
PK students must be signed out by a parent inside the gym,
K-3rd grade students must point out who is picking them up, while
4th-5th grade students will be free to leave the gym when the pep rally is over. Upton Street in front of the gym will be blocked off for the buses, so please park in the cafeteria parking and or surrounding areas.

Covid will be treated this school year like any other communicable disease. School sanitizing and disinfection methods will remain in place to reduce the risk of transmission of all community acquired illness including flu and Covid.
We will follow CDC guidelines and not Covid trace and report like in the last couple of years.
If your child tests positive, we will follow your physician's guidance on time off from school. To receive a medically excused absence you must be seen by your primary care provider and a medical excuse obtained.

I was just notified by Balmorhea. They will not have enough players to have a JV game this Thursday. I was able to work a deal out with Irion Co.
We will be travelling to Mertzon for a 5:30pm kick off vs their JV.
Attention Bus Rider Parents:
Due to a transportation issue the students on the highway 349 bus will be slightly delayed. Midkiff bus students are running approximately 30 minutes late.
